After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Marco Island?
Every two months for anything facing the Gulf or a canal, which is most of the island. Homes in the center of the island near San Marco Road can go quarterly. Gulf-facing sliders on the beach condos sometimes want a monthly exterior wipe in the windy months from November to April. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. We work in Hideaway Beach, Key Marco and the Cape Marco and South Seas condo communities, and we are used to the association vendor rules on the beach towers. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
